We close that gap. Dayana is an accomplished digital marketing leader with 10+ years of expertise in business growth, experimentation, and market expansion. Before co-founding Adasight, she was Senior Global Marketing Lead at Booking.com headquarters, where she ran global affiliate-program campaigns with multimillion budgets annually, and held roles across Europe at Bigsearch, Bidmath, and Rockstart Accelerator.

Gregor leads the product analytics practice and, together with Dayana, drives sales and partnerships. He came to consulting from the platforms themselves: as a Solution Consultant at Amplitude and Optimizely, and at Amplitude he helped build out the DACH market. German by background and Amsterdam-based, he blends marketing, product, and analytics to solve acquisition and retention challenges across B2B and B2C.
