About the Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll help design and run a repeatable outbound and inbound prospecting engine. This role blends research, personalization, automation, and process engineering to ensure our pipeline is filled with high-quality opportunities.
You will:
- Research and identify companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Craft personalized outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads from events, webinars, and other campaigns
- Use automation and analytics to track, measure, and improve GTM performance
This is a hands-on, impact-focused role where success comes from precision, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Research & Personalized Outreach
- Research a set number of new companies per day matching our ICP
- Identify the right decision-makers and craft one customized email + one LinkedIn message per contact
- Go beyond first-name personalization — add company context, pain points, and proof points relevant to the prospect
- Log all outreach in the CRM with full details (company researched, contact info, outreach copy, timestamps)
- Track opens, replies, and follow-up actions to optimize response rates
Inbound Lead Qualification
- Review and qualify inbound leads from webinars, events, and campaigns
- Assess fit using ICP criteria, engagement data, and role relevance
- Send tailored follow-ups and schedule next steps according to the playbook
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM pipeline
Process & GTM System Building
- Work with leadership to optimize messaging templates, ICP criteria, and outreach cadences
- Use automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks while keeping outreach highly personalized
- Monitor performance metrics and run small experiments to improve conversion rates
Tools & Resources Provided
- CRM for pipeline, task management, and reporting
- Company domain email & LinkedIn account
- Messaging templates, ICP documentation, personalization checklists
- Webinar/lead list exports and engagement data
- Access to automation and enrichment tools
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running targeted outbound and/or inbound prospecting campaigns
- Excellent written communication with a knack for high-quality personalization
- Strong organizational skills and CRM management experience
- Comfortable tracking metrics and iterating for improvement
- Familiarity with outbound tools and LinkedIn outreach best practices is a plus
- Bonus: experience with automation platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Zapier)
