About the Role
This is an entry-to-mid-level role perfect for someone who’s:
- Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience across analytics, experimentation, and automation
- Curious about AI agents, Martech, and automation for growth use cases
- Excited to work with senior consultants on projects that drive measurable client growth
You’ll be involved in real client projects from day one — supporting the setup of analytics and marketing systems, helping design experiments, and collaborating on automation workflows that impact acquisition, retention, and revenue.
What You’ll Do
Client & Project Support
- Assist in onboarding clients: gather requirements, set up tools, and organize access to relevant environments
- Support the creation of project plans, milestones, and tracking plans under senior guidance
- Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure priorities are aligned and data governance is maintained
Analytics & Implementation
- Help integrate analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel)
- Configure Martech and automation workflows for growth campaigns
- Contribute to user journey mapping to identify key events and touchpoints for tracking
- Assist in creating tracking plans, validating data, and setting up dashboards to monitor KPIs
Experimentation & A/B Testing
- Help identify testing opportunities and generate hypotheses based on analytics and user behavior
- Support experiment design and execution, coordinating with design and engineering teams
- Validate experiment data and help analyze results to provide actionable recommendations
Martech, Automations & AI Projects
- Assist in setting up and optimizing Martech stacks for client growth strategies
- Help implement and maintain automations for acquisition, retention, and conversion workflows
- Participate in AI-native projects, including AI agents for marketing and analytics use cases
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with senior consultants, data analysts, engineers, and designers to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to internal documentation and share learnings from client projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years in a growth, product, or marketing role with exposure to analytics, Martech, or automation tools
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel) and basic understanding of A/B testing frameworks
- Martech & Automation Knowledge: Experience with or interest in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and workflow automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Segment)
- AI-Native Mindset: Comfortable with AI tools and curious to explore AI agents for growth-related projects
- Analytical Curiosity: Passion for understanding data, user behavior, and experimentation
- Collaboration: Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability: Eager to learn, experiment, and adapt to new tools and methods
