About the Role
As Squad Lead for our Growth & Experimentation team, you’ll lead an interdisciplinary group of consultants and specialists working across product analytics, growth strategy, UX/UI, and A/B testing.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll focus on coaching, unblocking, and elevating both clients and your team, rather than micromanaging the details. You’ll act as:
- A strategic advisor to clients
- A mentor to your squad
- A connector between analytics, experimentation, design, and growth levers
This role is also designed as a stepping stone into senior leadership. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Tribe Lead, overseeing multiple squads, scaling client success, and shaping Adasight’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for client product, marketing, and growth teams
- Translate business goals into experimentation roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and structured growth programs
- Lead client workshops, ensuring alignment between product analytics, marketing funnels, and revenue objectives
Squad Management & Coaching
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of consultants and experimentation specialists
- Review deliverables, set direction, and coach team members to grow skills and independence
- Foster a high-performance squad culture built on direct communication, ownership, and high standards
Experimentation & Analytics Enablement
- Ensure quality, clarity, and relevance in experimentation design and insights — without becoming a bottleneck
- Support clients in becoming self-sufficient in tools like Amplitude, PostHog, and experimentation platforms
- Identify and resolve analytics bottlenecks in collaboration with the Integration & Analytics squad
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with AI & Automation specialists to integrate smart workflows into client setups
- Work with our internal product team to create reusable playbooks and tooling
- Contribute to internal frameworks, knowledge-sharing, and content development
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years in growth, product, or experimentation roles (consulting experience a plus)
- Proven record of driving measurable business impact through experimentation or growth programs
- Exceptional client-facing skills: clear communication, structured thinking, and confidence with senior stakeholders
- A coaching mindset and enthusiasm for developing others
- Comfortable with Amplitude, PostHog, Mixpanel, and/or GA4, with a working understanding of analytics instrumentation
- Knowledge of A/B testing best practices for both marketing CRO and product feature releases
- Familiarity with AI/automation workflows or eagerness to learn
- Able to work effectively across time zones with overlap to Europe and North America
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops and team gatherings
