About This Role
We’re looking for curious, ambitious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Implementation & Analytics Squad as trainees.
This isn’t your typical internship — you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Behavioral analytics
- Tracking & implementation
- A/B testing & experimentation
- AI and automation workflows
From day one, you’ll work alongside senior experts on real client projects — designing tracking plans, building dashboards, and running tracking audits. What You’ll Do
As a Trainee in the Implementation & Analytics Squad, you will:
- Participate in training sessions on tracking plans, dashboards, and tracking audits
- Learn to facilitate end-to-end tracking implementations with squad guidance
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate and technically sound tracking plans
- Support client development teams with technical audits, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Get exposure to AI-powered workflows that speed up analytics and insight generation
- Work with best-in-class tools like Amplitude, Segment, and Optimizely
Key Info
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: US$ 500–750/month (depending on experience)
- Post-Training Career Tracks: Implementation Specialist, Data Analyst, Technical A/B Testing Expert, Data Engineer
What We’re Looking For
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- Strong interest in data analytics, tracking, and A/B testing
- Experience or enthusiasm for AI and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, data automation tools) is a strong plus
- Ideally located in the APAC or EMEA region
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, globally distributed team
