The Challenge

The Process

KPI Design & Growth Framework

We started by mapping the user journey and identifying key inflection points. From this, we developed a KPI tree aligned with Zellify’s phased goals: activation, engagement, and monetization. This provided a roadmap for how the team would measure success post-launch and identified the key levers they could focus on.

PostHog Tracking Plan & Validation

We created a structured tracking plan that outlined key user events — from account creation to funnel edits, launches, A/B tests, and payment connections. We then helped the team validate those events in PostHog to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Data Use Case Definition

To ensure data collection was actionable, we collaborated with Zellify to define the key product and growth questions they needed to answer. These included:

  • Where are users dropping off in the funnel creation journey?
  • How many users are leveraging A/B testing?
  • Who is connecting payment successfully?
