    At the start of our engagement, SyncCar faced several challenges that limited their ability to make data-informed decisions:

    The Process

    Audit & KPI Alignment

    We began with an audit of their existing Amplitude configuration, highlighting key data integrity issues. From there, we collaborated with SyncCar to define baseline and growth KPIs for both user segments.

    User Journey Mapping & Tracking Plan

    We documented detailed user journeys for both Guests and Hosts, and developed a comprehensive tracking plan that included frontend/backend events and relevant user properties.

    Implementation Support

    We worked closely with the engineering team to clarify use cases, map events to CTAs and flows, and guide the integration process. We also ran manual and Amplitude-based event validation to ensure data quality.

    Event Configuration & Data QA

    We fine-tuned the Amplitude event taxonomy, validated each implementation, and resolved existing data issues — ultimately reaching a 100% Amplitude Overall Score.
