What if data for some of our KPIs doesn't exist yet?

We identify this in Weeks 3–4 during data exploration and either find an alternative source or adjust the KPI. We don't wait until dashboard build to surface data gaps.

Can we add more than 10 KPIs?

The 10-KPI cap is intentional — it forces focus and keeps the dashboard genuinely useful. Additional KPIs are available as an add-on, scoped separately.

What if we don't have a technical person to implement connections?

This programme requires someone on your side who can implement changes. If that's a blocker, let us know — we can discuss options during scoping.
