Can we start on Light and upgrade?

Yes. Most clients start on Light or Standard and upgrade as their needs grow. We’ll tell you when you’re outgrowing your tier.

What if our implementation has some issues?

Light requires a clean, stable setup. Standard and Enterprise can start with some data quality issues — investigation and fix recommendations are included.

Retainer vs. Data Partnership — what’s the difference?

The retainer is focused on analytics — maintaining your setup, dashboards, tracking, and reporting. The Data Partnership is broader — integration support, ad hoc analysis, and AI data syncing with no fixed deliverable structure. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you figure out the right fit in a scoping call.

Who owns the infrastructure?

You do, always. We never take ownership of your tools, workspaces, or data.

What happens after 3 months?

The engagement rolls monthly or quarterly — 30 days notice to cancel after the initial term.
