SET UP THE RIGHT AI FOUNDATION FOR YOUR ANALYTICS

AI Analytics Workshop

A focused 2–4 week workshop that assesses your AI readiness, fixes the data foundation underneath your analytics tools, and trains your team to get decision-ready outputs from AI — not generic answers they can’t act on. Two tiers: expert guidance or hands-on implementation.

2 Tiers
Expert guidance or full implementation — we fix it with you
Team Enablement
Your team self-sufficient with AI analytics — not dependent on analysts

Who This Is For

Teams who have AI analytics features turned on but aren’t getting decision-ready outputs from them.

AI outputs feel generic

You’ve turned on AI features in your analytics tool but outputs feel generic and untrustworthy.

Can’t translate to decisions

Your team can see AI recommendations but can’t translate them into real decisions.

Data quality holding back AI

You suspect your data quality is holding back AI performance but don’t know where to start.

Want team self-sufficiency

You want your team self-sufficient with AI analytics — not dependent on analysts for every question.

Scope of Work

Two tiers — coaching or hands-on implementation.

01

Coaching — Expert Guidance

  • Four structured sessions reviewing your setup and identifying what’s holding your AI back
  • Rebuild one core dashboard optimised for AI outputs
  • Train your team on AI features using your actual data and your actual questions
02

Hands-On — We Fix It With You

  • Everything in Coaching, plus we get hands in the system
  • Audit tracking, clean event structure, set up AI context, rebuild dashboards
  • Full team enablement session — you leave with a setup AI can actually use

  • Week 3: Build decision-aligned dashboards structured for AI outputs

  • A team that knows how to work with AI analytics, not around them
  • Data quality at a level where AI recommendations are trustworthy

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this work with our analytics tool?

Yes — we work with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, PostHog, and more. The workshop adapts to your stack.

Is Coaching enough or do we need Hands-On?

Coaching is right if your tracking is basically sound and you need expert guidance and training. Hands-On is right if you want us to fix the underlying issues, not just advise on them.

What if our data quality is really bad?

We’ll tell you at kickoff. If tracking is fundamentally broken, we’ll redirect you to a Data Stack Audit first — it’s not worth training your team on AI before the foundation is solid.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

Minimum: one analytics or data POC with workspace access, and the team members who will use AI features day-to-day. Leadership attendance for the final session is recommended but not required.
