before you run experiments, let us find the gaps

Experimentation Readiness Audit

A structured assessment of your analytics instrumentation and experimentation maturity, plus a prioritised experiment roadmap of your top 5–8 hypotheses. The deliverable is a 25–35 page report and slide deck written to be shared with leadership, making the internal business case for a structured experimentation programme.

25–35 Page Report
Leadership-ready deliverable with the internal business case for a structured experimentation programme.
4-Week Delivery
From stakeholder kickoff through instrumentation audit to final delivery session with your key stakeholders.
Top 5–8 Hypotheses
A prioritised experiment roadmap with traffic requirements and recommended 90-day sequencing.

Who This Is For

Disputed Results

You’re running experiments but results are disputed or quietly ignored — and the programme is losing internal credibility.

Budget Without Results

You’re spending significant budget on paid acquisition but your conversion funnel hasn’t moved in months.

Untrustworthy Analytics Data

You’ve invested in analytics tooling (Amplitude, GA4) but aren’t confident enough in the data quality to base decisions on it.

Starting a Rigorous Programme

You want to start a rigorous experimentation programme and need an honest assessment of your current readiness.

Scope of Work

Three assessment areas — we don’t just check dashboards. We trigger events ourselves, walk through your conversion flows hands-on, and validate everything live.

01

Analytics Instrumentation Quality

  • Event completeness and conversion funnel accuracy in Amplitude or GA4
  • Data consistency review: double-counting, segment leakage, event naming
  • Identification of data quality issues that would invalidate experiment results
02

Experimentation Maturity

  • Review of any experiments currently running or recently completed
  • Assessment of how results are being interpreted and actioned
  • Identification of structural issues (team, process, tooling) blocking programme maturity
03

Prioritised Experiment Roadmap

  • Top 5–8 hypotheses identified and mapped to expected impact
  • Traffic and sample size requirements for each hypothesis
  • Recommended sequencing for the first 90 days of testing

Deliverables

Roadmap

Four weeks from kickoff to final report delivery — with a clear process at every stage.

Week 1

Discovery & Data Access

  • Stakeholder kickoff: product, growth, and data leads
  • Full analytics access and current experiment history review
  • Identify the conversion flow(s) to audit
  • Baseline measurement of current conversion rates
Week 2

Instrumentation Audit

  • Walk through conversion flows hands-on and trigger events
  • Validate event accuracy, property completeness, and data consistency
  • Identify tracking gaps, duplicates, or configuration issues
  • Begin hypothesis mapping from analytics patterns
Weeks 3–4

Roadmap Development & Report

  • Develop prioritised experiment roadmap (top 5–8 hypotheses)
  • Size each hypothesis against traffic and sample requirements
  • Compile and write the 25–35 page findings report
  • Delivery session: walk through report with key stakeholders

FAQs

We already know our data is fine — do we still need the audit?

Great — the audit confirms that and gives you the roadmap. If the data is clean, Week 2 is fast and the report focuses entirely on the experiment pipeline. Takes 3–4 weeks either way.

Why not just start a retainer directly?

We won’t run experiments on data we haven’t validated ourselves. The audit is how we guarantee results we can stand behind. Skipping it risks Month 1 of a retainer being spent fixing instrumentation instead of shipping experiments.

What do we need to provide?

Admin access to your analytics (Amplitude and/or GA4), product access so we can trigger events manually, a growth or analytics POC, and any prior experiment data you have.

How is the report delivered?

As a 25–35 page PDF report and accompanying slide deck, designed to be shared with leadership. We walk through it together in a delivery session with your key stakeholders.

What if our instrumentation is fundamentally broken?

We flag this immediately — usually by end of Week 1. If the issues go beyond what the audit scope covers, we’ll tell you honestly and recommend the right next step before any further investment.

What’s the investment?

€4,000–€6,000 fixed fee, determined at scoping. Price reflects instrumentation complexity — not company size.
