We're looking for a curious, self-driven intern to help expand our presence in the Netherlands and Germany — working directly with both founders to build and execute a localised go-to-market strategy, from outbound prospecting and partnership development to market positioning, using a modern agentic GTM stack (Claude, Apollo, Attio). You'll own real work from day one, not shadow from the sidelines.

We work with digital product companies across Europe and the US, helping them fix broken data foundations, run continuous experimentation programs, and deploy AI that acts on what it learns. About the role 

We’re looking for a curious, self-driven intern to help us expand Adasight’s presence in the Dutch and German markets. This is a commercial role at its core: you’ll work directly with both founders to build and execute a localized go-to-market strategy — from prospecting and outreach to partnership development and market positioning.

You won’t be shadowing from the sidelines. You’ll own outreach, run conversations, and help shape how Adasight shows up in two high-potential markets. You’ll learn how to position analytics, data, and AI topics commercially — and you’ll do it hands-on with an agentic GTM stack (Claude, Apollo, Attio, and more).

What you'll do

  • Go-to-market strategy: Work with the founders to design and execute a localization strategy for the Netherlands and Germany — including market research, ICP definition, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Outreach & prospecting: Build and run outbound sequences using our agentic GTM stack. Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients and partners in the Dutch and German markets.
  • Partnerships: Research and develop partnership opportunities — agencies, technology partners, and ecosystem players — that accelerate our market entry.
  • Positioning: Learn how to articulate the value of analytics, experimentation, and AI to different audiences. Translate Adasight’s proposition into language and framing that resonates locally.
  • Agentic tooling: Work hands-on with modern GTM tools — Claude for research and content, Apollo for prospecting, Attio for CRM and pipeline — and help us refine how we use AI across the sales motion.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker, based in the Netherlands
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field — e.g. Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Strong English skills (our working language); German is a strong plus
  • Genuine curiosity about analytics, data, AI, and how businesses use them to grow
  • High autonomy and initiative — you’re comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can adapt tone and messaging for different markets
  • Interest in sales, business development, or partnerships as a career direction
  • Comfortable in a remote, async-first, international team
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields.
