- Production-Ready Implementation Delivered in Under 6 Weeks
A 6-category tracking plan with 15+ validated events, staging and production environments configured, and a full dashboard suite, all built from scratch to meet a hard board deadline.
- Classic vs ARC Adoption Dashboard Live for the Board Meeting
The core deliverable: a real-time interface comparison dashboard was delivered on time, giving TrustArc's leadership live data to present for the first time.
- First Insights Surfaced Immediately
Early data revealed users switching back from ARC to Classic more than expected, Quick Actions completing at a 22% funnel rate, and Command Bar emerging as a high-value PLG signal all within the first data window.
- Previous Analytics Failure Reversed
An earlier implementation attempt had stalled due to insufficient engineering involvement. Adasight restructured the approach, resolved a technical iframe-delay issue, and coordinated directly with TrustArc engineering to get clean data flowing.
- Team Enabled to Work Autonomously in Amplitude
A dedicated AI enablement session on Amplitude's AI capabilities likedashboard agents and AI-assisted chart creation, means TrustArc's team can generate insights independently going forward.

TrustArc is a leading data privacy and compliance platform operating across eight+ products. When they came to Adasight, they were managing three major product transitions simultaneously: migrating users to their new ARC interface, rolling out the Ask ARC AI chatbot, and beginning a PLG transition. None of it was being measured.

The stakes were high. A previous analytics implementation had failed due to insufficient engineering involvement, leaving the team with no reliable data. A board presentation was locked in for April 1st and required live product data. And as a PII-sensitive compliance business, any implementation had to meet strict data privacy requirements from day one.
The goal was clear: build a production-ready Amplitude implementation from scratch, fast enough to matter.

Scoping & KPI Alignment
The engagement started with discovery sessions to define what mattered most. Three core use cases were established: Classic vs ARC interface comparison, Quick Actions usage, and Ask ARC chatbot engagement. Rather than trying to instrument everything at once, a phased approach was agreed: Unified SDK auto-capture first to establish baseline data, then custom events built around the defined use cases.
Kickoff & Tracking Plan
A 6-category tracking taxonomy was produced covering user types, navigation patterns, feature usage, Classic vs ARC comparison events, Quick Actions funnels, and auto-capture baselines, up to 15 high-signal events in total. Implementation tickets were created and a one-week coding window was agreed with TrustArc engineering.
Implementation & QA
TrustArc's engineering team implemented events against the tracking plan. Adasight provided developer-ready documentation throughout, resolved an iframe-delay issue that was affecting ARC page view tracking, and configured separate staging and production Amplitude environments on a US instance following an EU to US data migration.
Audit, Dashboards & Board Prep
With implementation complete, a full event volume audit was conducted. The dashboard suite was delivered: Classic vs ARC adoption, Quick Actions funnel, Command Bar usage, and user journey analysis. Internal and test user filters were applied across all dashboards to ensure the data presented at the board meeting was clean and reliable.
AI Enablement Session
The final phase focused on team capability. A dedicated session introduced TrustArc's team to Amplitude's AI features like dashboard agents and AI-assisted chart creation, giving them the tools to work autonomously in Amplitude without needing external support for routine analysis.
